Princess and the Puckoo

Misha, being stuck indoors because of their puckoo pox, was suuuuper bored.
They've read most of the interesting books they had and just wanted to go outside and play already. Their itch wasn't as bad anymore, so it should be fine, that's what the wyngling thought at least.

They took to hanging off the windowsill, breathing in the fresh air. Seeing a puckoo wandering by, Misha got up and picked out one of their least favorite rocks in their collection before scampering back and leaning out the window to give to the puckoo.
It approached with no hesitation and craned its neck to reach the delicious rock in the blue gros hand.
Puckoos were really trusting it seemed.

How on earth do these creatures still exists....
